Never use FedEx again - total failures - every overnight priority delivery is 5 days and they don’t know where the packages are in the chain… I’m shorting this stock with press
The fedex express service team is the best.I've ever found in the entire united states. I've run corporations with 700 people using the FedEx all day long. Sometimes, three hundred four hundred times a day. I don't remember when I felt so good about fedex.
One of their employees tried to run me off the road today in gunnison. When I followed to retrieve his plate number, he reached into my vehicle and swung at me. Filed a police report. I hope they see you soon.
Actually called the local Gunnison phone number and talked to a real person who is in charge of sorting. Explained that signature required meant the package must be delivered to my door and not a kiosk at mailboxes where a notice would be left. He assured me he would make it happen. I’m impressed they answered the phone and handled my questions and concerns .UPDATE: I received a Call from Chris at the Gunnison distribution center on a Saturday telling me the package would not be delivered till Monday since I’m 21 mi. away.
