Ensuite aller sur le site de Fedex l'assistant-virtuel est une vrai joke, complètement inutile, et pire encore lorsqu'on appel c'est un MIRACLE si on réussi à rejoindre quelqu'un, il faut passer par un labyrinthe infernal et cette cochonnerie d'assistant-vocal ne comprend rien à rien.
