Esperant, mefiance des cleints , le service client le plus nul . l'agent m'a reçu avec mepris pour un rendez vous , je devrais reste encore 45min de plus et lui assis dans son bureau .

I've never been into situation like this. Customer service is freaking zero. All they care about is their own work. First of all the door was closed. No one bothered to come and open. Luckily there was a group coming from their lunch. They found there was a problem with the door and then when I went to the cashier even thought there was no one in the line. I was the only one she told me to go back and wait in the line. The most ridiculous thing I've ever seen

Je suis absolument ravie de partager mon expérience avec le conseiller extraordinaire qui s'occupe de notre compte entreprise chez Desjardins . Son service a été véritablement exceptionnel et je ne peux pas m'empêcher de le recommander à tous. Dès le début, il a montré une approche très humaine et chaleureuse. Il est toujours là quand nous avons besoin de lui, même pour les petites questions. Un grand merci à Naceur et à toute l'équipe de Cyrville pour leur engagement. Nous sommes honorés d'être clients chez vous.
