They have delayed my care over 3 times now! I would highly recommend trying to get a ride from a friend or another company.
This place is a joke. The customer service representative are absolutely horrid. It seems their solution to everything is to reroute your call to the main menu which is not. They hear one sentence out of your mouth and run with it and do what they think you mean which most the time isn't right.
