This place is a joke. The customer service representative are absolutely horrid. It seems their solution to everything is to reroute your call to the main menu which is not. They hear one sentence out of your mouth and run with it and do what they think you mean which most the time isn't right.
Very rude and liars. Had very bad experience with rude girl answered me and didnt put my info or any notes i gave her in the system and hung the phone on me. I called and talked her supervisor michelle but she was so rude too and had horrible attitude in a mockery way since i was on medicaid.
Wait for an hour or more to be picked up and taken back home
