Sad cancer patients can't get to appointments and then still charge insurance companies and drivers sitting around town asleep and I have watched people abuse transportation say have dr appointment then they don't go or work or whatever you see them walking around town just goes to show they don't care about the sick people there is alot of other patients complaining to
They have always been rude and don't accommodate you everything has to be done in advance, like what if your having surgery and they calk you the day before no help. They need to really get it together, if they don't like their job or want to help find another profession!
Operator Miss Wanda was very rude her demeanor was very unprofessional and I didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me I asked to speak to the supervisor however I could tell that Miss Wanda was right there I don't feel like anybody should be treated or spoke to the way that I was treated and spoke to I really hope that the supervisor handled this situation and this does not happen again however I will be finding another means of transportation and that's very sad when somebody that has had surgery that cannot get to and fro... read more
Pick up is on time. Friendly drivers. You have to be patient with the dispatchers. Going home not so timely. However, for me, it's a God send.
Rude as hell. I called asking if they heard anything from my doctor about accommodations. They got rude with me and told me it wasn't in the system and would not give me a second to retrieve the information I already provided. Then I call a manager she did fix my problem but proceeded to get even ruder and tell me she would do her job instead of apologizing for her experience. I understand I'm on Medicaid. But customer service doesn't get to decide who they treat good based on social class. Id escalate this even further but ... read more
