Horrible service! We gave them our personal Fed & State to prepare and our Non-profit we operate. Personal tax they failed to credit us $40,000 we donated to charity. The state return, wrong numbers! Also numerous errors that held our taxes to penalties! Our Non-profit....they copied the previous year tax return!!! Cost us thousands!!! I have asked for abatenents for personal Fed& State as well as Non-profit. Unreal!!!
