Stopped in Saturday-one of the cashier's is so unfriendly-my husband said Hello to her-no response. An elderly man in line was fabulous. We don't get it-don't work there if you can't be even a bit cordial to people that are helping to pay your wages with purchases.
Had a cart full of farm supplies, i was told they could not process my farm exemption at the moment unless i paid cash because their machines were down and they were having a very bad day with their equipment working. This seems to be a pattern, unfriendly staff, who are on their phones and too busy talking amongst themselves to make customers a priority.
Called to ask if they could fill an RV with propane. They said they could. We got there and the propane guy was not certified to fill an RV. Kudos for not doing something outside of certification. Pretty ticked off to add 1.5 hours to our trip for nothing.
