I had my taxes done there and the employee told me they would direct debit my bank account on the 14th of April for the amount I owed the state. It's even written on the packet she gave me. Well that didn't happen and I was required to pay a penalty and late fee. I have tried many times to reach Mary. ( I believe she's the manager/owner) and she won't return my call.
