Worst experience! They just want money! Don’t use them! They don’t answer the phone, they don’t get back to you in a reasonable timeframe and once paid they just forget about you!
I have had a very positive experience with this company, whilst obtaining a US waiver. The staff were professional , polite and helpful. They kept me informed as the application moved forward. I did try to navigate the process on my own , but got so frustrated that I handed it over to this company. Wish I had done that from the beginning. Again I would recommend them.
If I cld give a negative star, I would cuz thts what the deserve. I spent over 3 years and almost $2000 and they still haven't even submitted my application which can take 2 years to process. This company is a scam and find a way to constantly say its ur fault some how. They shld not be in business anymore. I have shed tears and spent hours upon hours running circles for nothing. I asked for my $$ back and they refused. Stay clear of this place.
I started my waiver and pardon application with this company. At the end of the day. Anyone with a brain can do this process on one’s own. Let alone pay 5000$ for a service where the communication is non existent and employees don’t return phone calls or emails. I would never recommend this company to a friend family or total stranger. Ontop of this I was not eligible for a pardon quite yet and the company over charged me by 850$ pm my credit card. After 3 Emails still haven’t got a refund yet.
