This was our first time moving with professional movers so we were not sure what to expect. Mark came to the house for the estimate and explained how it would work and what to expect. He answered all our questions and gave us his direct phone to reach him if we had any other questions or concerns. We moved from Decatur IL to Fulshear TX last week. I am extremely happy that we chose Federal for our moving. The driver and the movers were really awesome! Nothing was broken or lost after moving from 1000 miles away! They worked hard and were courteous and professional. They really knew what they were doing and doing efficiently. The moving advisor and moving coordinator were also very responsive and took care of everything in a timely manner. I strongly recommend Federal to anyone who plans to move.
