It wasn’t the first time I have hired a moving company but I certainly wasn’t expecting such professional and personal service. Kyle visited my home, created an inventory, and gave me a quote. Julie took it from there as my moving concierge, checking on me as my moving date got closer. James and Chris my movers took great care of my items and fun to spend the day with. All my items arrived the next day! A great experience, seamless from beginning to end.

Outstanding! For our move, everyone was highly professional, friendly, and hardworking — from the estimate, to packing, to move-in 130 miles away. And very prompt, often arriving early! They took unanticipated logistical challenges in stride. Highly recommended.

I typically don't leave reviews, but my experience with Federal Companies and Kyle Dietz was such a pleasant experience I felt moved to share. From the beginning with Kyle coming out to give me a quote it was a pleasant experience. Kyle was flexible with scheduling, patient, helpful, and kind. It was obvious Kyle cared and that he wanted it to be great experience. Kyle (relocation consultant) and Julie (our move implementation specialist) both went above and beyond to assure that our move went as smoothly as possible. They even scrambled to make sure all went well after an early snowstorm dumped several inches of snow on our moving day. The crew who packed, loaded and unloaded our belongings were meticulous and careful throughout the process; they took much care to make sure that my antiques arrived safe and sound. Recommend this company most highly.
