Kyle did an excellent job with our quote. We ultimately decided to go to company that was located closer, but he was very professional. He spent half an hour going through everything carefully and provided numerous options. I would definitely consider the company in the future.

We requested a quote from Federal Companies (through Allied Van Lines) for a local move within Champaign, IL, incl storage for one month. Communication with our agent Kyle Dietz was great, and he seemed on top of things and very responsive. We actually did the inventory in person since he happened to be in town that day. We decided to not choose Federal to move with, but I really appreciated Kyle's service with taking inventory of our home. We were scheduled for a virtual tour but Kyle was actually able to come in person and made the whole process super smooth. Appreciated his communication on things and had a quote within that hour!

Federal handled in interstate move for us, and the movers who handled this move, Jaymes and Dennis, were absolutely awesome: hard-working, professional, polite, even great with our kids. We couldn't have been happier with them.

This company was booked through my workplace to help with a move. They were very accommodating of my moving date needs. The movers themselves were very professional and efficient, and were able to handle moving heavy items several floors up and down. They did a great job and we were able to comfortably stay in our new place right after they moved us!
