Julie was great to work with to get everything organized and set up. She was in constant contact with my husband. It was great. Our moving crew was phenomenal. Matt and his guys were so thorough and careful with our belongings! They moved us out of our house and had our stuff in storage for a month before we were ready for it. Kyle and Julie were both great all the way through the out of state move. However, on the day of the move my family had an emergency and I stayed home to over see the loading. I was told that all of my furniture would be padded and wrapped before loading. I had to say something several times about our hardwood furniture not being wrapped or padded. The day they delivered. The trailer was a different trailer than what our stuff was loaded in. All our furniture was padded and wrapped. Which means it was unloaded and repacked. ... read more

Our interstate move came off without a hitch. We were impressed by all of the Federal Companies' staff, and found them to be friendly, honest, and efficient. From start to finish, we were able to contact them and have all our questions fully answered. All of our belongings made the 1400-mile journey to our new home without a problem.
