Knowledgeable, patient, caring and helpful. I took my 74 year old mother-in-law to this location yesterday due to the reviews and that they work with United Health Care Insurance. She had her hearing test done elsewhere. Joseph walked her through the results of her hearing test, the insurance co-pay information, the options available, the plusses and minuses of those options and the time frames after ordering with patience, with deep knowledge, and with kindness. I am so pleased with my experience. When you enter the office, you're greeted just like you are family! You know, the ones you like. Lol. They are the kind of professionals that understand how to treat a client too. Very understanding to your unique situation. Give them a call, you will not regret letting them help you with your hearing!
