We used Chris for 2 years. First year was Good. This year was delayed with no communication. I was told when I dropped them off she MAY have to file an extension. I asked about sending payments in with an extension and was told not needed. I called, left messages with no answer.Filed over a month late and ended up paying late fees and penalties over $400. I don't recommend.
Used her for years with no problems and recommended her to anyone we knew. 2024 was delay, after delay, after delay, until finally our taxes were late and she had to ask for extensions. No communication whatsoever unless we called and the price more than doubled in a year alone. I'm sorry, but I can no longer recommend this place. Went from a total professional to totally checked out.
