Obviously, it's difficult making arrangements for a loved one. My father passed and Steve Cross was great to work with. He's very understanding of any special requests ,and seems to know exactly what someone wants, right down to the obituary. Which was perfect. Steve is extremely responsive and proactive to all forms of communication when getting things in order. I highly recommend this funeral home.
