Prepare to not be helped and sit around waiting ... first day u fill out application and give your resume or make one. You have to take a tabe test as well. Staff is rude and talk behind your back..complain about job etc. They dont care if you have to go to work or school they won't rush to help you get out of there. They will waste your time and dont care. At the end of the day they still getting paid and going on home with no stress. Best bet? Get off public assistance as soon as you can. God bless.
