We bought $1,600 worth of furniture and added the insurance or protection plan from them. The Protection plan is by GBS Enterprises. We can't get them to call us back after putting in a claim. I haven't heard from them at all.....Don't buy the plan $149.00. Fecera's won't stand behind it yet they sell it. I will never shop Fecera's again! '
They just do not care about their customer . Get the sale and move on is their motto. Do not purchase from them . They are terrible .
