I was a customer of yours for 4 years and happy with your service until I closed my accounts. Now I have never felt so mistreated and screwed over. I went in on Aug 22nd to close my accounts and I was given a money order for the rest of the money in the account and told that yes they were closed. I had already moved most of my autodrafts over to a new account but forgot that paypal was still using my old acct. Applied for a lone on line - took 2 days for someone to even look at the paperwork...we got a loan elsewhere. Did a check with drawl on line, 3 phone calls and 12 days later, I find out the check was mailed to a 2 year old address, and now I have to leave work, drive across town to have a paper notorized to get the check reissued. Disappointed does not even begin to describe it.
My favorite branch Cordova. Everybody friendly. Fecca offer services banks don't have.
