Jess looked at my knee and was very thorough. She recommended an X‑ray and an ultrasound to get a clearer picture of what was going on, and she gave me an exercise to work on in the meantime. I really appreciated her calm, confident approach and how clearly she explained everything. :-)

I do pilates with Christine at Featherstone. The pilates is, I find, hard work, but an excellent workout and the end results have been excellent. All the staff at Featherstone, whom I have been involved with, are excellent
