Asked a simple question - if they handle estate planning and their receptionist would not give me a direct answer, just kept asking for more personal information such as my email, how did i hear about them, etc. If you want to feel like you're being signed up for a sales presentation, call them. Either their receptionist needs more training or they need better business practices. No thank you
