I'll start of by saying that Chuck is a great guy. He even stayed a little over ours to do business. I will only speak highly of this man because he was very helpful and didn't pressure me into buying anything. His selection of trains is mainly N scale.
I first saw Feather Train shop mentioned on a You Tube vid. I prefer to support a LHS, but, since I have moved to an area without a good N scale train shop I thought let me give this place a go. I place an order. The next day I received a phone call from Chuck. He wanted to make sure I knew what I was ordering and suggested another product that would be a better fit. That sold me on his shop. His shop is my go to now.
Chuck is a Great guy with a Great shop and business ethic and is a fantastic asset to the model train industry. Thanks for being you Chuck, Mike & Robin Fifer
