Apartments are very safe, always clean and the price is reasonable. It’s family friendly and quiet. Great view from my apartment and has an elevator. Good for elderly people and handicapped.
Absolutely Love It! Building is well maintained and very clean as well as safe.Building manager is very professional and friendly. This is a Great place to call home. Paradise Boutique has it all.

Great family oriented community. The cost of rent/ utilities is affordable! And if those alone weren’t enough to make this place amazing the on site property manager and his family are some of the most kind hearted people I’ve ever met. They do an over the top job taking care of the place and making sure every resident and guest are well taken care of. This place exceeds every expectation.
This is truly an awesome place to live! I’ve been here for 2.5 years but they offer month to month rental agreements. It is well managed by a very kind and thorough property manager & his family is wonderful too. The property and building are safe with good neighbors, security cameras on the property and in the common areas of the building.
