This place is a whole vibe. Our instructor Autumn is amazing. She brings great energy for the class allows you to move at your pace. She is there to assist as needed or just celebrate you when you get into a position she has showed you. Overall 100000% glad I went and I will be back!!
Tried this class for the first time with my sister. It was a great experience. The instructor was very helpful and hands on. She made me feel safe in a space that was unknown to me.
What an amazing class! I learned a lot and it was such a good workout and stretch. Tiesha was a great instructor. Will definitely be going back!
