The instructor I had today was soo amazing! I was told that she was filling in for the original instructor but either way she was great! I had an amazing time trying out aerial yoga. The instructor was kind,patient and very fun. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone
Tiesha was amazing! This was my first aerial yoga experience and I will definitely be going back.
My daughter is having the best time in the aerial yoga class! For a whole hour each week she gets to experience a challenging and fun physical activity in a positive atmosphere, and to top it off she gets some spiritual nourishment and time with friends. Classes are also very affordable, especially if you want to enroll multiple children. We are glad we found this place.
Such a wonderful place. So much fun
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The instructor was extremely patient and suit and calming.
