They won't give you your money when you want it they have to question you what you're doing with it
The most unprofessional people are at that location. I called to order some money and they told me I had to wait 3 days. When I went back after 3 days, the money wasn't there. The branch manager, surnamed Rivera, is unprofessional. Knowing that she speaks Spanish for better communication, I spoke to her in Spanish, but she never spoke to me in Spanish back. I ended up closing my account and withdrawing all my money from that bank.
