FCP Live In is fantastic. Our family was in crisis mode, when our dad suddenly could not live on his own any longer. Sitting with his team of doctors, physical therapist and case manager, the gravity of the situation hit us. His health was now being managed. What next? I was really impressed by how smoothly everything went with FCP. From my first phone call to Pam right up until we said goodbye to Dora every single person I talked with was incredibly nice . Pam knew we had never needed 24/7 care before & understood my fears & put me at ease. Dora, our caregiver was wonderful right from the get go. We both liked her immediately. She was very patient, kind & incredibly capable. It was a really good experience.
The onboarding process was quick and professional. Staff and communications was great. The caregiver service was good. I would recommend FCP Live-In Home Care for caregiver services.
