FCP Live In provided excellent service for my ailing step dad for almost 4 years. Yvonne, Sherene, and Jacob were all wonderful home health caregivers, and Donna was very good at communicating as the field manager. The call center staff were all very responsive. We’d highly recommend FCP Live In for anyone considering at home elderly care.

Our experience with FCP was extremely disappointing. We hired FCP during COVID to care for our elderly mother. They sent numerous aides, often with language barriers, and the quality of care was poor. We later learned the aide present during the most serious incident was not a certified nursing assistant. My sister and I came home to find our mother alone, extremely lethargic, and nearly falling from her chair while the aide was upstairs. We had R.P. a CNA with my 90 year old father for the last 8 months of his life. FCP was professional to work with, and R.P. was wonderful with my father who suffered from dementia. We could not have managed my father at home to the end without this important in home option for care. I highly recommend their agency and services!
