Very similar experience as Kenneth Korth, read his comment below. Agent Deven Suave called me, claiming that we needed their services—and since we are new to this field, we initially thought we did. Specially cause they are very persuasive and insisting. However, I actually already had an agent with another company and had already paid for those services; why would I pay for them all over again? This company is running a deceptive operation. They pull DOT filings and then spam businesses in an attempt to make it appear that their services are required for DOT compliance with the U.S. government. They are not affiliated with the government in any way. Their sales representative, Jon Jurries, continues to contact me by text message, email, and phone calls despite my repeated and very clear requests to stop all communication. Super expensive and no need to work with them. I paid over over for basic jobs. When i follow same way just cost me 6 times cheaper.

I regret to inform you that I am unable to assign a zero-star rating, though I would if the option were available. I was assessed a charge of $156.00 for services that were not rendered. Furthermore, the communication received was highly unprofessional. Despite my same-day cancellation and refund request, a reimbursement was denied.
