This is shady. I have been paying thousands of dollars over the course of the last 5 years thinking these people are associated with the actual FMCSA DOT agency from the government (because of their name, equally as deceptive), and came to find out that they are just another 3rd party service agency. They have charged me multiple hundreds of dollars to update my MCS150 form every two years, which I have also come to find out is free to file if I had just done it myself. Was contacted on July 4th about DOT compliance matters. Their name "Federal Carrier" comes up on caller ID so it was an easy mistake to make that they are actually with the DOT. Mentioned several times during the phone call that it was shocking that the DOT would be working on the 4th of July. They just laughed it off and said they wish they didn't have to work on a holiday. This is a Scam company and cheater owner. They charge me $3*** for 12 permits project, the final they only do 6 pieces project! I contacted the phone and email requesting them show me the rest services but they refused! Otherwise they told me the whole 12 service was done and completed. If you real done and completed the services why the owner refused to give me proof of documents?
Great company to work with and deal with. My guy Chris took care of me from start to finished and made sure o made all my deadlines and ensured we were in compliance. They really care over there. Made me feel like family. The legal team is stellar as well. Made sure we had everything in place to be successful. All truckers should join a winning team like this.
