This bank has the NICEST PEOPLE working there...they are like family! Im in and out in less than 5 minutes, but I stay for 30 minutes talking! Its a smaller bank which I love !
Had an issue with being charged twice, on debit. Instead of helping me out Margie walked away after briefly informing me that I should call an 800# to report discrepancy.
I was chased off their parking lot, threatened, and insulted by one of their employees while waiting for this branch to open in the hopes of opening an account. Completely unacceptable behavior.
