The bank went through a merger over the weekend and didn’t tell anyone there payment system was all messed up and they’re not reimbursing over overdraft fees. don’t use this bank they’re not trustworthy.
Customer service levels are low. The staff was not friendly at all. I'll continue searching for another bank.
Drive through ATM has not worked for at least the past three months, always fails withdrawal transaction.
Failed the "will I ever be a customer test?" Stopped in and asked for some paper rolls for quarters. I was asked if I was a customer. When I said no, I was denied paper rolls for quarters. I walked down to Huntington, asked for paper rolls for quarters. The response was, "Sure, how many do you need?" was the only question asked. Seriously?
