Big shout out to Mirzana and Niralee at the Tesson Ferry location! Had a deposit issue, even though the deposit happened at another location they were able to find the issue, correct it and even showed the original location how to. I was very new to this bank. I have had a lot of issues when opening account. Finally now with the help of Mirzana on Sat at end of day on a busy weekend. Stayed the extra time to help link accounts finally. She took extra time explaining to customer service request we needed. Even if he was new and not very understanding of request needed we quickly asked for someone else with more knowledge in a matter of moments everything was handled.
