I've been with FCB since 2009 through the Swansea, IL location and was so happy when the Tesson Ferry branch opened some years back since I was on the MO side. From the jump the entire team has been on top of it and to this day the team is friendly, empathetic, and willing to do whatever they can to understand and help. I always have a great experience when doing my banking here. Most recently Mirzana and Klejdi helped me switched my checking to the 49er checking which in turn saved me money on a lot of other perks! I was able to order my foreign currency at no charge! They also took time to explain to me the exchange rate and process! So very grateful for their expertise , kindness and professionalism!!
I would recommend this Bank to everyone! Mirzana Niksic was very friendly, professional and huge help with the issue our company had with a check from a customer. We have been trying to resolve it for months and Mirzana was able to take care of it within a week once we brought it to FCB. Big shout out to Mirzana and Niralee at the Tesson Ferry location! Had a deposit issue, even though the deposit happened at another location they were able to find the issue, correct it and even showed the original location how to. They both are always so friendly and helpful! Absolutely love going to see them! Thank you for being apart of FCB
