Rates are great - HOWEVER! They sucker you into opening an account and doing auto withdrawal. If your late they charge an overdraft fee. No biggie right!? WRONG they also charge a HUGE late fee on the loan. This is where it gets interesting. You can only see this on your paper statement. So when your done paying your loan off there is a possibility of THOUSANDS! of $$$ tacked on your loan. Then it's all due that day!!! You can't dispute any of them because they are from years ago!? Great bank with friendly people and a small town vibe!
This bank is extremely rude to its employees. I witnessed the management at this location openly embarrassing and ridiculing a employee. Nowhere is this acceptable and must be addressed immediately. I decided not to open my account at this bank because this behavior isn't ok. You need to create a positive work environment not negative, because as a potential customer I could feel the negativity. That all stems from leadership. Fix this problem.
