I am astonished there are not many reviews for FBC Mortgage. I have gone through the mortgage process a handful of times, and this time with FBC was by far the smoothest. Do not & I repeat DO NOT use FCB bank for mortgages. They use a company called CENLAR that withdraws mortgage payments from your account when you don't authorize them to. I manually made my payments to Cenlar, and they managed to hit my account twice after they received the payment. Then they charged me a NSF fee and don't refund the fee, despite them admitting it was a mistake. In fact they told me to go ask my bank for a refund and say it was an unauthorized payment.
