Worse Company ever! Read the reviews first….. When my mother passed away, my brother who farms had FBC as their accounting firm. We thought for ease that we would get them to complete all the appropriate tax filings, as farm property was involved and they already were doing my brothers farm returns. The accountant meet with us to discuss details and we were asked to pay in advance. The advance payment should have been the indicator…. Update again for anyone reading reviews. Paid 3 years worth ($9k) of corporate tax services 1 year and 4months ago. To this day not a single thing has been completed on the corporate side. Every call ends with "it'll be getting worked on this week" Personal income taxes were late 7 months last year and my wife's this year still hasn't been completed after needing many amendments. 1 positive thing so far is penalties for late filing on last years personal taxes were repaid (took 8 months after NOA was recieved) this is the on... read more
5 years ago, under the name Tessa Toutant, I wrote a review. It was the following - "My small business used their services in 2018. After poor service, a bunch of back and forth, and having to speak to management to get refunded I thought that was the end of it. They had filed my taxes for that year, and 2-3years later I am STILL dealing with issues. It is absolutely insane. If I could give zero stars I would."
