Worst company to have your taxes done!! If I could give a -5 stars, I would. Costs well over $5,000/year and then takes them until October to actually file them. And there was complete lack of any form of communication from FBC after numberous failed attempts at contacting our representative. Oh, and you have to prepay for the next year!! What a joke. Would NOT EVER recommend. Steer clear. UPDATE: Your response is a joke and a poor attempt at explainging FBC's shotty work.
