Hello , I run a small business. I paid a full amount to have them in 2024 do my taxes from 2018 up to date . I had been told the job was done. However I received letters from cra that nothing was done and although I paid for 2024 to be done that isn’t even done. I’ve provided all my information and dropped off and picked back up all my paperwork they needed , however they call me after receiving a letter from cra saying they done have everything they need. Totally unacceptable . Would not recommend!
FBC neglected to file my income taxes for 2024, even though telling me as of Feb of that year they had all been filed. I started calling the office in November to explain that my taxes hadn't been done yet for 2024 and I wanted a refund for 2025. After making it clear I didn't want FBC for 2025 I was completely ignored. I called every day for about one month and was told every day someone would call me back and that never happened. I signed up with FBC in May. Sent them a little under $9,000. In 7 months they incorrectly processed my personal T1 and finally submitted my wife's T1 to CRA after many many phone calls and emails. I have been waiting over 5 weeks for the personal income tax redo and none of my corporate has been touched. Communication could not possibly be worse and I am left with no answers. Just compiling CRA fees and interest.
Go with anyone else. Our corporate taxes are still not filed and it is 1.5 months past our due date. If you aren't a massive corp they don't care about you and will give you the run around. We have called 10 times in the last month to try to get our taxes finalized. Every time we are told it will be done in a week but the day doesn't come. We paid for our membership this spring.
