The service was really good until the last couple of years. They screwed up my income tax, the income was wrong by a lot I contacted them back in May but said they would look into it. I have phoned and texted several times. No response. Very poor. DONT get sucked in by FBC. I had an audit once and wouldn’t even represent me. I paid $1800+ for this pathetic service. Find a real accountant who will look after you.
FBC very professional , convenient, and accurate.. Our guy Surrender been very helpful in addressing all our needs and if unsure, he has a team of consultants a phone call away, to verify any questions we had ..
Atrocious service. Your tax advisor is extremely difficult to get ahold of, and nobody has answers. Everything is disorganized, their communication is awful and it took over a month of my wife and I harassing them to send us consent forms for them to file our taxes. Our proactivity was counterbalanced by their inefficiency and ineptitude, resulting in a very late tax return payment. We hated every minute of it. FBC’s services are rather expensive as well, leaving us feeling totally ripped off.
We have had Surinder Grewal coming to our home for several years now. We no longer stress out about tax calls as we have become so comfortable with Surinder that it’s almost like he’s family. Yet he is very professional and extremely knowledgeable and we have complete confidence and trust in his work. We would highly recommend Surinder to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy accountant. You will not be disappointed.
