I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. DO NOT USE FBC. FBC failed to file my business T4 on time, resulting in a late filing penalty, and they have refused to take accountability for their mistake. Their communication has been consistently poor, I was given conflicting and incorrect tax advice, and responsibility for their errors was repeatedly shifted onto me as the client.
