Joke show excuse for a company. Management doesn't have a clue. Especially the CFO. The purchasing manager is awkward and doesn't have people skills. STAY AWAY!!!

This is a terrible company full of terrible employees. I got a package sent to me with missing parts. I called the company and since I signed the UPS form to accept package that apparently means I am on the hook for opening a package without parts. Please avoid this company they are trash.
If you want to talk about bad customer service. Look no further than the worst company I have ever done business with. I purchased a project from them which took forever to come, and came with missing parts. I received a large box missing all hardware and was packed with nothing but paper and 1 piece. I sent photos and emails to the company about the missing product only to be told to kick rocks and there is no way they could have missed it. They accused me off wanting more product?
