This is a terrible company full of terrible employees. I got a package sent to me with missing parts. I called the company and since I signed the UPS form to accept package that apparently means I am on the hook for opening a package without parts. Please avoid this company they are trash.
If you want to talk about bad customer service. Look no further than the worst company I have ever done business with. I purchased a project from them which took forever to come, and came with missing parts. I received a large box missing all hardware and was packed with nothing but paper and 1 piece. I sent photos and emails to the company about the missing product only to be told to kick rocks and there is no way they could have missed it. They accused me off wanting more product? Well if you can do one thing, do not do business with them. My order came broken and missing many parts and their response was " There is no way we missed parts" I paid for parts I never recieved. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER! I beg you. Customer service is a joke and they are overpriced.
I was very upset to see the Lack of quality that was done by this company. The fit and finish was not there. When calling to see about replacement part for a bar that was sent bent I was told I would have to purchase a new one. They obviously do not care about their customers.
