My experience with this business was thoroughly disappointing, primarily due to the interactions with a staff member named Jacob. After a mechanical breakdown left me with no safe alternative but to leave my vehicle at a park and ride for less than 24 hours, the vehicle was towed by this establishment. The owner was not honest in the pricing. He quoted a price on phone and then at the shop when he found out that we are using Insurance, the price estimate doubled. When confronted about jacking up the price, he said we make money from insurance companies and thats how we keep the costs low for other people. Now hold on- people who use insurance are not 'average people?' The cost ultimately gets passed onto consumers. My insurance premium went up after working with this place.

They did some work on my car and the next year it needed repeat and replacement. When they did it they had told me it was warrantied and when I called them the next year, they denied even doing it
Very professional and friendly service, came out fast on a hectic day and got us winched out. Price was reasonable. I know who to call when I'm in over my head again
