Initially I left a bad review for lack of communication and follow through. Did the turnaround time and lack of calls to inform us change? No. There still was issues there. However, the main mechanic spoke personally to my husband, apologized and put forth every effort to make the mistakes right. To my husband and I, honesty in business is the most important. We wanted to come revise our review because of the effort made on managements part and extend a thank you to him and his team.
The guys at this place are top notch !! They keep me on the road and on the grind daily! Extremely helpful and super friendly staff! They sell lots of brands including my go-to’s Exmark and Stihl !! If you are in need of new equipment or repairs this is the place to go!!
I absolutely cannot stand giving bad reviews but I feel like people in our amazing community should know. This company has no values. They do not put the customer first. They do not communicate with their team. They do not communicate with clients. We were told a week turnaround time and 5 weeks later, with no estimate, and with us calling every week, we got our mower back, started to cut the grass and the mower died in the middle of the yard after running for less than five minutes.
