Miserable! Late getting property tax statements out for 2025, then they take the week off for Christmas Holidays. Not working December 22-26. Forcing payers to either use the credit card system at a 2.5% premium, or mailing it in and not getting credit in 2025.
The young lady Tarsha assisted me and provided impeccable customer service during my visit. She was patient and extremely professional while answering all of my questions pertaining to my property tax bill and the payment options available to me.
