No other words but unwelcoming and rude customer service. We're new to the state and tried to open bank account but lady helping us was extremely unpleasant. First impressions are everything. She couldn't open a checking account for us since we didn't have two forms of address?! I lived in 4 other states and never needed this much information, ridiculous and they're not even a credit union! And you get charged 5$ a day for not having a minimum balance. She made me very uncomfortable including asking where we both worked whic... read more

They have always been super nice and willing to help in any way. They have been in business for over 100 years. No mergers or takeovers here. The oldest bank in the area, locally owned. Always the same, the one and only FCNB. Truly a home town bank. They have online banking as well. Need to deposit a check but snowed in or *other? Mobile deposits are an awesome feature to have.
