FAY SERVICING IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! IS THERE A CLASS ACTION AGAINST THEM...IF SO, HOW CAN I GET IN ON IT?! I don't even know where to begin. If I could rate this company minus zero I would! This is the most inept business I have ever encountered. Why they are still in business, especially serving mortgage clients is beyond comprehension. They should lose whatever license they hold, if any!

My mortgage was purchased by Fay. I have owned the property for less than a year and my mortgage is going up by $80. When I called to find out why, they said I need to talk to my account manager. She was unavailable and I had to leave a message. She called back and I was unavailable and she told me to call back. NO direct line so I spoke to customer service and they sent me to her voice mail again. I understand that tax assessments and insurance costs can cause my mortgage to go up. In the midst of the economic crisis, I learned suddenly that this is a "debt collector", not a mortgage company. So they can't and won't help with temporary mortgage suspension for a month or two. Rude, incompetent staff answering me. Ruined my life for two months with no income and having to draw on savings to pay their bills. Horrible company...my loan was sold three times too originating with Citibank in 1997. Complete nightmare.

Bought my brothers loan after he had severe stroke and wouldn't give pay off so we could sell his home for him. Sent all paperwork poa etc multiple phone calls and nothing.Threaten to delay process, crooks....

I unfortunately got my mortgage bought by Fay. This is the 5th time my mortgage was sold. every time I have to redo my paperwork from a divorce. Sent in a welcome pack with a void check, they say they never got it. Yet they are suppose to get all paperwork. They keep changing my name and they are rude on the phone. Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Sent me an escrow check in the wrong name in January called talked to 4 different people said they had to talk with there attorney. Loan transferred to them in 2019. Balloon payment due and loan mature. Few months ago spoke to a broker about this and he stopped calling. Currently trying to refinance or do a loan modification and the same thing is happening. Customer Service Department can't help and the mortgage broker has stopped returning my calls and emails. I am not understanding this behavior. How about helping the customer who is gainfully employed take the next step and offer options.
