Most unprofessional business I have dealt with. Our loan was sold to Fay and we have continued to try and pay our balance. They say my account is past due but won't allow me to pay? I have called over 10 times now to try and speak with someone and their staff hangs up! I would stay away from these people. Sounds like this isn't a new thing either.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star... they are a complete disaster and unprofessional, I have no idea how they're in business. I've had an ongoing closing that at first, it took them 1 month + to get me a payoff letter, we have a variety of problems arise b/c it took so long to get a closing letter. In the meantime, I've needed assistance for a variety of issues and communication to get any help with any of the time-sensitive issues I'm dealing with so now, it's cost us money as well. it's literally impossible to get a... read more

This is a company that missed managed. Every week there is a new account manager suppose to be handling your loan, and they disappear. You can call and call, and they never return a single call. User's recommendation: Look for another company to service your loan.

My mortgage account was recently sold to Fay Servicing, LLC and I've had nothing but headaches since. Is the most unreliable and irresponsible company I have ever dealt with. 1. From the time I received my exit letter from the previous mortgage company in November of 2020, my first question to them was; will the new company continue to draft payments automatically from my bank account every month? Horrible service. My property was located at **** ********* ***** chula vista, ca 91913. I tried to modify the loan. After submitting all and complete pack as requested, I was told that I would have an answer in 30 days. Instead 30 days later I was told that more information was needed. After 5 months of the same, I was told that I do not qualify for loan mod. I requested to short sale, I attempted twice with qualified realtors to short sale and I was denied. Horrible experience would be an understatement, we were scheduled for a closing in mid December, I gone through their procedure to receive a pay off letter I was told we would receive it in 5-7 business days, we're now approaching 11 days. I've called, emailed, left messages.. no one calls me back or follows through on what they say they're going to do. They buy up mortgages that they think they can foreclose on and then after a year of paying they will stop accepting your payments and not tell you.. just return to the bank after 14 days just in time to be late on your mortgage. No notice of being late or having a problem processing the payment, just no payment received on their end. When you call them about it they blame the bank but will do nothing to try to figure out why it changed. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. They promise turn times that they never keep. For instance their payoff request says in clear bold print that the Payoff Statement will be sent within 7 business days of my completed request. I emailed 2 separate Requests for 2 separate loans after hours on November 4th, which meant they received it on November 5th which would make Friday November 13th the 7th business day.
