Absolutely the worst servicing company Ive ever seen! From the start theyve done everything possible to send me into foreclosure. I was in a modification, missed 1 payment the month my dad passed , and they kicked me out of the program even though I filed for an exception. I paid 13K to get my mortgage paid up, and then they had the nerve to raise my payment from $1300 to &1799. Seriously???? They try everything to cause you to fall behind and foreclosure. I agree with others they are truly the devil, evil!!!
This company has policy that prevents them from doing any basic task. I have also been on hold waiting for a customer service representative for as little as 10 minutes or as much as 2 hours. No one has answers. The responses are vague at best and truly unhelpful. I am in the middle of a home sale and have yet to receive my profit due to a strange policy that no one could properly explain. I dont know rights of home owners when mortgages are purchased, but if your is purchased by ***, see if you can find another company.

Please stay away from Fay servicing they are truly the devil. Satan is more like it. We ************* in foreclosure/ auction. Even though they agreed to a short sale. They lie to your face and they did so for 18 months. I had to deal with ******* ******* unfortunately another bold face liar. Because of the damage they have done we have learned our lesson. Back in October 2020 i had called to make a payment cause i was 2 month behind. Spoke with ****** ***** and he informed me that i can apply for loan modification. I cleared informed him that we had recently got one. He told me well because corona virus was unexpected and has hit all around the world you may apply again and shouldn't be difficult because i have been approved before with them. My husband and I have had Fay Servicing for about three years and have had no problems with them until this year. There are two incidents that I would like to report. The first one is when we scheduled our mortgage (which is current, by the way) to be taken out of our account on one day; we called and changed the day for the funds to be taken out of our account and I received another confirmation number. One of the worst most untrustworthy lenders I have ever encountered. They have an F rating with BBB and were recently fined over 1.15 million dollars for forcing homeowners into foreclosure. They are rude, don't return phone calls, give out false information, and then they oh well we apologize you were given false information but that rep should of never told you that... no accountability and so what if we put you in a worse situation. Spoke with representative James about a problem I was trying to resolve for a mutual client and he had an attitude, was unprofessional, and should be retrained. I would not recommend this Mortgage to anyone let alone my clients at my Insurance office. Horrible service.
Fay Servicing is a very rude and unprofessional company. They do not value their customers and not giving any assistance at all. I am presently going through a foreclosure and no one from their company never reach out to me. I was just told today that it was sold today and someone will reach out to me.
