I am a customer of Fay Servicing loan company. To be honest, this loan company is so terrible. The internal management is chaotic, the attitude is very bad, and they make me too much headache. I pay the loan on time every month. For example: I paid for 6 months, but they only admitted 3 months, and they send me a bill shows what I owed 3 month mortgage with Penalty. Look at all the reviews from Yelp to Google and BBB. This company preys on people on financial distress. Their only goal is to foreclose and sell your home. They do not work with you and if you ask for a modification will continue to tell you your paperwork is not complete. I was close to losing my place recently but hired an attorney but if you can’t file an attorney general complaint. They say you have an account manager which you don’t. One of the worst most untrustworthy lenders I have ever encountered. They have an F rating with BBB and were recently fined over 1.15 million dollars for forcing homeowners into foreclosure. They are rude, don't return phone calls, give out false information, and then they oh well we apologize you were given false information but that rep should of never told you that... no accountability and so what if we put you in a worse situation. They buy up mortgages that they think they can foreclose on and then after a year of paying they will stop accepting your payments and not tell you.. just return to the bank after 14 days just in time to be late on your mortgage. No notice of being late or having a problem processing the payment, just no payment received on their end. Darn, this site forces me to give them one star. I wouldn't if I didn't have to. Zero stars is far more appropriate and matches the Zero Performance by Fay and the Zero support from Fay. I have 2 loans that were purchased by Fay. I have paid every payment on time or ahead of due date. I have never missed or been late with a payment. When reaching out to Fay to try to resolve two different issues, I get zero response. I have sent eMails, left voice mails, etc. Zilch, nil, nada from Fay. Obviously crooked, first rep would barely answer my questions, put me on hold instead of transferring me to the extension that he did not know the number to (???), spoke fast. Second rep seemed more helpful but we'll see what happens. BEWARE!
