I am writing to make you all aware that Fay uses the information that dietitians they hire have entered when you onboarded to build out a google business profile for you. They don’t explicitly tell you this and the reason why is, if Fay makes a Google Business Profile for you at your business address they effectively prevent you from doing any marketing of your business for yourself outside of Fay and take ownership of your google listing. I have a billing issue and have been trying to get in touch with them for over a month and have heard nothing. This is a big insurance issue and there is no one to talk to. Horrible.
Provider review. They misrepresented their payment terms. This company is horrible! Do not work for them, they will not pay for initial consults, even though they are clearly MNT and in payment table at onboarding. After onboarding my payment table disappeared which was my first red flag. Second red flag was they sent me a new payment table. This company has been charging my charge card $90 for no reason. My insurance covered in full my appointments. There is NO phone number to call to contact them directly. When you inquire help on this issue, you receive a generically generated email response. Now, I have to dispute these charges with my charge card company. I want my name removed and my card removed from their system but they will not respond to my request.
They are a horrible company to work for. If you want to stop working for them they will not remove your information from the website.
i was told there would be no out of pocket my insurance covers this i have ppo but after trying it out i had a surprise bill of $90.00 i been going through healthie app trying to get phone number to dispute this wasnt able to. will look again tomrow just beware of surprise charges for using Fay nutrition llc regardless of insurance its reason why demand credit card.
