I'm not sure if fay is even a legal company since it should be a crime to be this unorganized. They have no idea what they're doing just a bunch of con artists. Maya W. at the downtown office is probably one of the most unhelpful people there and I called in twice just to be "transferred" to someone else while in reality they just hang up on you. They are one of the most unorganized and shitiest lenders out their.
The worst servicing I have ever seen, everything can go wrong will go wrong. I have to call them countless times to pay for property taxes and insurance even though they have 20k sitting in my escrow. When my loan was first transferred to them it took months for them to calculate the right payment and every time I call I talk to an agent that promise something but not thing happen. I wish I have a choice I would never work with a company like this.
Would love to give zero because they are literally the most inadequate and incompetent group of people I’ve dealt with to get anything done , home was paid off and I’ve had to call multiple times to get the title to our property and have yet to receive it and 0 communication on their end in order to receive it , never can answer any questions always tells me “they don’t know” . If avoidable do not partner with them in any shape or form. All they do is talk in circles and put stuff to the side until you call again.
