I found a Christmas gift here which had a handwritten tag that read “$20” which seemed to indicate that the item had been marked down from its original price. I asked the staff if that was the price and they said no, and offered no explanation for why it was falsely advertised as $20.
Don’t honour price tags and lacking customer service skills. Basically a “you pay what I tell you” or you don’t get what you’re wanting. Hopefully just a new employee that needs some more training.
Review for Favor Finds I used to love this store and always recommended it to everyone. I frequently bought gifts for my family and myself here. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Last week, a salesperson told me there was a 50% discount on everything in the store.
