I DO NOT recommend purchasing a Favorite e-bike. When spending good money on an e-bike, the customer service should be dialed in. In Canada, the customer service is nonexistent. Save yourself grief and spend your hard earned money on another brand that has great customer service
I highly recommend the Favorite Bike company! Their customer service is absolutely amazing and the Favorite Hybrid E-bike I purchased has incredible quality and excellent features!

We've had our bikes for about a year now and LOVE them! We ride them almost every weekend and to/from school drop off with our son. On Saturday we rode our bikes over 28 miles along the beach while also pulling our kids!
