Cannot say enough good things about Faulkner and the quality of work they do on furniture. We had them make a custom couch for us and we are so happy we decided to go with them over a pottery barn. We customized depth, length, cushion size. The couch is so comfortable, and when I tell you their fabrics are performance, I mean it. We loved the furniture that we received from Faulkner and would have loved to continue a long term relationship with them for future furniture needs, but their follow up with any issues is severely lacking. It took 4 contact attempts on our part for them to come out and fix a mechanism that led to the glider scraping shortly after our purchase.
