The Faubourg Elmwood Drive Moncton is not suited for Level 3 care. It is understaffed most of the time and, the constant change of staff implies residents are taken care by unexperienced, disgruntled staff. Medical care, physical care and cleanliness of residents is below standards. The food leaves to be desired. Unless you feel that salty bologna and sweet deserts are suitable dietary sources for seniors. The plates are unappealing to look at and the food taste is not better. The staff here are fantastic and make me feel settled. The facilities are brilliant but my experience with the staff is the core of it. I’d give six stars if it was possible.
