A few years ago Mr Fatsis represented my brother in law. I went with him for his appearance in Walden in front of Judge Ozman. While we waited out turn a young man was called up. It was pretty obvious listening to the exchange between the judge and young man that he was developmentally delayed and did not understand what the judge was saying.
