Hello Sir or Ma’am, Your drivers who are currently located at Value Storage Pompano Beach, location are rude! They were only asked to move their items so that other storage tenants could get inside and it became a major issue. Please assist your drivers / workers in the area of anger management. It’s not our fault that they had a lot of things to load or load. However , there are other storage tenants who need access and should not be inconvenienced. They moved us from Kansas to Florida and came without sufficient packing blankets and supplies and damaged are belongings and upcharge are move by $2500.00 and took a week after pickup to get truck weight ticket. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Mike and his team were professional and handled our furniture with care. We moved from the East coast to the West Coast. The head driver contacted us when he was an hour out to confirm drop off.
Mike and his team were great!! Highly recommend!
