Kristen Banks is a very knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and compassionate human being who is focused on true healing of the body. She explains exactly which techniques will be used, how each one works, and why it works. I highly recommend her!
Fèath & Elemi is wonderful! They have so many different great health and wellness providers to help with all your needs! I've been going for prenatal massage, and bowen Therapy to help me through a lot of pregnancy pain, and I've brought both my daughter and son for help as well. We've seen Maia, Kristen, and Becky and they've all been so wonderful! Highly recommend this to everyone!!

I've attended Fèath & Elemi twice now, mainly to focus on TMJ symptoms I have been experiencing throughout pregnancy, and I have to say all of my TMJ symptoms have now subsided after seeing Kristen for bowen treatments. As I near the end of my pregnancy, I will be attending the facility again for lymphatic drainage and for more upkeep to maintain my body's wellness and to keep it prepped for delivery. I would highly recommend meeting with Kristen if you are looking to try bowen treatments!
