"Hey everyone! I wanted to take a moment to update my earlier comment about Fatema Grocery. The owner was super nice and surprised me by reaching out to share his thoughts on my review. He explained everything in such a polite way and even apologized for his reaction. I really appreciate that! I’m still going to shop there because they have great prices, and I’ll definitely encourage others to check it out too!
I visit this store regularly every night, typically spending between $10 and $20 depending on what I buy. Everything was fine until I purchased a small avocado for $2.49 plus tax, which I found to be rotten when I got home. On May 1, 2025, around 9:10 PM, I returned to buy some frozen vegetables and a bottle of apple cider vinegar. I brought up the avocado issue to the owner, but he responded in a rude and unpleasant manner. A very fine establishment! The owner was extremely friendly. I don’t know what these other reviewers are insinuating—I’ve been coming here for the past two months and have experienced nothing but the best service. If you’re in the area, you should definitely stop by!
