Totally unsatisfied by their work of money transfer to India . Very very late process. They provide no slip as a proof of deposit also they don’t respond to most of my calls after I gave them money transfer. After running for my money transfer it took 15 days to send the complete amount.
Provide good exchange rate for transfers but the only thing I’m unsatisfied with is the Time. They promise 3-4 days but it takes a week to reflect the amount in receiver side. Happened 4-5 times. Recent was last week Tuesday and money has not been received yet! Recent one sent on November 18, 2025 and its November 26, 2025 still the amount is not received! They say, because of holidays banks were closed! but did the holiday lasts for a week every time? Now saying, it will be transferred on November 27,2025! Does not matter e... read more
